Why Choose to be Hydrated?

Hydration is something that is a high topic, when looking at ways and methods to be more In Charge of one's own Health and WellBeing.

Why?

Yes, the body is composed of mostly water.  Water is of major importance to all living things; in some organisms, up to 90% of their body weight comes from water. Up to 60% of the human adult body is water.

According to H.H. Mitchell, Journal of Biological Chemistry 158, the brain and heart are composed of 73% water, and the lungs are about 83% water. The skin contains 64% water, muscles and kidneys are 79%, and even the bones are watery: 31%.

Each day humans must consume a certain amount of water to survive. Of course, this varies according to age and gender, and also by where someone lives. Generally, an adult male needs about 3 liters per day while an adult female needs about 2.2 liters per day. Some of this water is gotten in food.

Water serves a number of essential functions to keep us all going:

  • A vital nutrient to the life of every cell, acts first as a building material;
  • It regulates our internal body temperature by sweating and respiration;
  • The carbohydrates and proteins that our bodies use as food are metabolized and transported by water in the bloodstream;
  • It assists in flushing waste mainly through urination;
  • Acts as a shock absorber for brain, spinal cord, and fetus;
  • Forms saliva;
  • Lubricates joints.

The unique qualities and properties of water are what make it so important and basic to life. The cells in our bodies are full of water. The excellent ability of water to dissolve so many substances allows our cells to use valuable nutrients, minerals, and chemicals in biological processes.

Yes, keeping increased hydration levels aide in the overall balance and harmony in the function of various organs and systems for your body.

Furthermore, Hydration is especially important within the body because of the effects of increased frequency levels generating on and in the Earth.  Additionally, balanced Hydration levels within the body are important, when Conscious Breathing is executed.

One often finds, when engaging in Conscious Breathing, dehydration occurs:  physical signs of this are dry lips, dry mouth, thirst, and more.

Initially, Conscious Breathing – as odd as it may sound – can cause detoxification and releasing within the body.  Keeping balanced Hydration levels eases physical and energetic Releasing and rebuilding In the body.

The term 'Releasing' is used to identify the process being the body letting go of Stuff it cannot or does not want within any longer (i.e.. mucus, irritation, waste, and more).

Hydration for the body requires Good ole water.  That's right . . . H2O.  Other liquids can add to levels of Hydration; however, other liquids can also register with a food affect, and thereby, delay immediate hydration from the body.

Because the body is composed of such high levels of water, there is also an electrical balance that is sustained by hydration: Electrolytes.

There is actually bodily molecular charge (+/-) that is supported by water hydration.

In this 'taste-good-beverage' society, many times the simple taste of water is forsaken.
