” Laffing! and Laughing! “

"If the whole World Smiles with you when You Smile, maybe the whole Cosmos Laughs with you when You Laugh."

Laughing has been scientifically studied; and, there among the many discoveries: Laughing stimulates the Healing Attributes In the Body's Own Wellbeing Matrix.

Laughter is strong medicine for mind and body:

“Your sense of humor is one of the most powerful tools you have to make certain that your daily mood and emotional state support good health.” ~ Paul E. McGhee, Ph.D.

Laughter is a powerful antidote to stress, pain, and conflict.

Nothing works faster or more dependably to bring your mind and body back into balance than a good laugh.

Humor lightens your burdens, inspires hopes, connects you to others, and keeps you grounded, focused, and alert.

With so much power to heal and renew, the ability to laugh easily and frequently is a tremendous resource for surmounting problems, enhancing your relationships, and supporting both physical and emotional health.

Laughter is good for your health

  • Laughter relaxes the whole body. A good, hearty laugh relieves physical tension and stress, leaving your muscles relaxed for up to 45 minutes after.
  • Laughter boosts the immune system. Laughter decreases stress hormones and increases immune cells and infection-fighting antibodies, thus improving your resistance to disease.
  • Laughter triggers the release of endorphins, the body’s natural feel-good chemicals. Endorphins promote an overall sense of well-being and can even temporarily relieve pain.

Quite frankly, I love to hear that laughter that causes a burst of laughter to emerge within my Self.

I love to see people laughing about something just because they are joining in on The Feeling of what's going on.  These are priceless moments for me.

Infectious Laughter is where I like to put strong Emphasis.

Because Infectious Laughter is the Stuff that helps All people Feel Better. Age is not a qualification in the Joy of Laughter; Newborns, Centurions, and All in between Laugh alike – when given the opportunity.

My focus here is to point out a question:

Once we achieve levels of maturity, Who is providing the Gifts and Opportunities for the Joy of Laughter in Our Life and Journey?  Who? Who?

Are you Always waiting for something to be defined as funny before you Allow your Self to Laugh?

Are you Always waiting for someone else to 'be funny' before you Allow your Self to Laugh?

Do you find your Self looking for something outside of your Self to provide the opportunity for Laughter?

Well Let's Do Something – for You-  about the Lack of Joy and Laughter in Your Life!

CHOOSE JOY AND LAUGHTER ABUNDANTLY for Your Life and Journey.  Only You can Choose for You.
